The storm water utility makes sense. He's wrong about it being a cash grab. However, the way in which it is being implemented, where residential properties are massively subsidizing business owners, including Mr. Jamie Logan on council, is totally wrong.

What's disturbing is that Moose jaw Today is trying to prop up this quack. You keep referring to him as a healthcare practitioner/professional, which he is not. That's incredibly misleading. It's a good thing we have the CBC to tell us what's really going on with him.

You mustn't have read the previous article. Moose Jaw Today is absolutely not "respecting both sides". They're treating this guy like he is being unfairly criticized and being his mouthpiece.
