If people were actually stealing them - don't you think someone would have found them by now?? I would think that after they got what they wanted out of them they would have ditched them as quick as they stole them, like they are with the bikes ect. - seriously it was not anyone from the public that has taken them - someone from the city is taking them so that they could fast track the hot spot initiative.

This was the city's plan to begin with.... they want all parking spots hot spot so they can eliminate meter attendants and waste that money on more useless surveys and catch phrases for the city! This is going the way they wanted - blaming it on the homeless when in fact it was most likely city staff!!

Why are we hiring a Toronto based company to give insight for a small community like Moose Jaw - we are not a big center! Were people not recently complaining that they were not used enough as it is due to the limited access? didn't they cut operating hours? It is a big waste of money right now with the future of EV unknown - not to mention how fast it would be ruined with the state of our roads already - but sure lets avoid more much needed road work!

About time they release more info about this. I was starting to think it was ghost as it took them over 3 days to post if it was a male or female, that should have been released on day one as the store worker should have known some kind of detail to help identify if it was at least male or female!!
