REGINA -- The start of the Saskatchewan Roughriders and Calgary Stampeders game at Mosaic Stadium will take place at 11:15 p.m. at the latest should air quality conditions improve -- and if they don't the game will be played at 2 p.m. on Saturday.
League protocol indicated that the game would be postponed if kick-off couldn't take place at 10 p.m., but the decision was made to allow warm-ups to take place at 10:45 p.m., which would mean an 11:15 p.m. start time.

Air quality deteriorated in Regina throughout the afternoon and improved slightly in the evening before again worsening. with particulate matter readings at Mosaic Stadium over 120 across the board -- well beyond the highest level of the scale at 100. Environment Canada had expected conditions to improve substantially in the late evening, but little has changed.
