Regional library to increase rural levy next year to cover new union agreement

Palliser settled a three-year agreement with CUPE Local 9 for Jan. 1, 2022, to Dec. 31, 2024. The agreement provides wage increases of 1.75 per cent, two per cent and three per cent for more than 50 employees.
