A season filled with success recently came to an end for Gymtastiks of Moose Jaw, with the local club holding their annual awards night. The evening gave the athletes one more chance to show off the skills they’d learned and developed over the season while also honouring the club’s success throughout the year.
That included a presentation by the Gymtastiks provincial medal winners, including Hailey Wagner as the JO3 gold medalist in vault, silver medalist in bars, silver medalist in beam and second place all-around. Also claiming provincial honours were Evelyn White, who won bronze in the J03 vault and Shaine Closs, the bronze medalist in JO7 vault.

Missing are Maci Lowry and Sienna Bollinger, best attendance winners for the Marvelous Stars, Celebration of Gold JO2 winner Kaiya McKechnie with one gold medal and All-Around score of 36-plus winner Logan Temple for her 36.132 at the Taiso Meet in Saskatoon and a 36.415 at the Gymtastiks meet.
The club also passed on their special thanks to the parents of the athletes and the coaches for their dedication to the children and the sport.
