One person is in hospital after a car accident late last night.
On April 2 just after 10 p.m., Moose Jaw Police, Fire and EMS responded to a motor vehicle collision on the 1000 block of Lillooet Street West.
According to the police, the vehicle was driven by a 25-year-old Moose Jaw resident who was travelling at a high rate of speed when it collided with both a parked vehicle and a building.
The driver, whose identity has not been released, was transported to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
The driver has four charges pending, including three under the Traffic Safety Act, as well as one Criminal Code charge for prohibited driving.
No other injuries were reported. The damage is estimated at $20,000.
