Working to stay healthy is a practice that requires disciplines in exercise, sleep, healthy eating and drinking. A good lifestyle not only promotes a healthy heart and body but also is essential for brain health, as well as staying socially active and stimulating your brain to embrace and learn new things.

As Ghandi said, “Learn as if you will live forever.”

During the month of March, be aware of the health of your brain during Brain Health Awareness Month.

BrainLove is a campaign to encourage public awareness of how important it is to make the health and safety of their brains a priority. The campaign not only raises Brain Health awareness, but also fundraises for educational programs and was initiated by a partnership forged by two provincial organizations, Saskatchewan Brain Injury Assoc. and Saskatchewan Royal Purple Assoc.
