Community choir begins new season on Sept. 12

In February 2017, Moose Jaw Community Choir was formed. It started with a group of nine people who decided to create an opportunity for Moose Jaw’s people to sing four-part-harmony for fun. Participation has increased to around 80 members now.

You can now prune your elm trees

Each year, provincial regulations prohibit pruning elm trees from April 1 to Aug. 31 to reduce the risk of spreading Dutch Elm Disease (DED). As of Sept. 1, homeowners can now trim those particular trees.
