R.I.P. to Bob Wood. The man with the Golden Heart. He was a great man, and the ONLY honest politician that I knew.
I knew Bob most of my life, I met him at CKAT when he did the morning show from 6 a.m. until 10 a.m. I used to go on the air with Diesel Dave Demarco, that is how I met Bob. Mary Stillar was my neighbour. I knew every DJ at CKAT.
Bob, you will be missed.

It is the stories like these that I kept my dad at home with me until he passed away in 2021. He had Dementia too, and we had PSW's come in every second day. My dad did not want to go into any long term care facility, and I stayed true to his wishes.
Thank you to all of the PSW's at Care Partners who cared for dad over the many years.
