What party would you vote for if a federal election was held today?

I would like to see a category in these polls of 'I don't know'. I don't vote for a party and many are of the same mind. I look at the candidate and vote for the one I feel will do the best. So until an election is actually called and the candidates are known..... I don't know

It is not just the kids that should have phones banned. They should be banned from public places. Three times yesterday while in a store shopping I was blocked in the aisle while an adult chatted/texted on their phone. I have almost hit a kid on a bike because he was looking at his phone and swerved in front of me. Adults and kids alike walk right in front of the car in any place at any time because they are looking at their phone instead of what is going on around them. They are convenient and great for emergencies but it has gone too far.

Do we not have special ballot voting so that someone can bring gran a ballot and bring it back to the election site to be counted? Kudos to you for being on the internet. I think the idea of internet voting is fantastic, but looking at the studies it does not seem we are there yet.

Isn't that a similar argument as those without children having to pay the school tax?

Agreed, non residents should pay more to use our recreation facilities, but we as users could also pay more vs all taxpayers paying more. When the Rec Centre opened it was a lot cheaper than the Y was; I could never figure that out as there obviously were huge debts incurred building it. Those of us who used the Y would not have noticed any difference paying the same amount to the Rec Centre, a far superior facility. Currently I pay $30/mo where as I paid $50 to use the Y 5 years ago. You also have to look at the fact that the Y offered to run the new facility which would of saved us big bucks because the Y worked a lot on volunteers. Instead we have a unionized environment, paying top dollar to everyone from reception to program instuctors ( making $30+/hr) which at the Y were donated. I just shake my head at this political decision.

Well the beach was used inappropriately when the washrooms were closed during covid and that could contaminate for a few years.

I've said this for years; if it is an arts or crafts fair, the work must be handmade, created by the seller. Mostly I have fought having vendors that buy from some bulk network and set up a booth at arts and crafts fairs. This is just another way to sell and not pay overhead for a store. Totally not what an arts and crafts fair is about.

100% agree. International students should not be allowed to work and take away jobs from our own students.

I think at the very least a majority should be required for premier, unanimous sounds good to me. And I mean a real majority, not first past the post nonsense.
