It is with heavy hearts that we bid farewell to Brian Glen Woodley, an individual who touched the lives of many. Brian's journey began In Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan at the Providence Hospital on June 9th, 1955, and sadly came peacefully to an end at the age of 67 years on Wednesday, May 31st, 2023, with his family by his side. Brian attended school in Briercrest, Saskatchewan and later went to Peacock Collegiate back in Moose Jaw. Brian met his wife Brenda Dietrich and married her in 1973, living in Briercrest until moving to Moose Jaw in 1979. Brian enjoyed farming with his dad near Briercrest, Drinkwater, and Pasqua, SK until 1994 and then Brian continued to farm until the fall of 2015 when he stepped back to care for his wife Brenda. In his free time Brian was an avid golfer here in Moose Jaw at the Hillcrest and also enjoyed the game in Blythe, California where he and Brenda would spend their winters. 

He was predeceased by his parents, Marvin and Marguerite Woodley; as well as his mother-in-law, Lilly Black. Brian will be lovingly remembered by his children: Christopher Woodley and his children Skylee and Colton, Brad (Rhea) Woodley and their children Ashton and Adyia and her children, Malcolm and Jacob; sisters, Carol (Frank) Topp and their children Chad (Erika) Topp, Lisa (Juan) Manirquez, and Brenda (Don) Loveridge and their children Brandon (Janelle) Loveridge and Chelsea Loveridge. In keeping with Brian's wishes a Private Service will be held for family and friends.  As an expression of sympathy, donations in Brian’s name may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, 100-119 14 St NW, Calgary, AB T2N 1Z6. Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane. Andrew Pratt Funeral Director 306-693-4550 www.moosejawfuneralhome.com
