Whitsitt, Wilhelmina (Wilma)
It is with great sadness that the family of Wilma Whitsitt announces her passing after a long illness, on Monday, May 10, 2021, at the age of 72 years. Wilma will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 48 years, Russell and their daughter, Ruth-Anne Painchaud (Trevor). Wilma will also be fondly remembered by her three grandchildren, Emilee, Noah, and Aaron, by her siblings, Shirley Ann Baars, Arie Baars, Allen (Helen) Baars, Ronald Baars, and Johanna Lumley. Wilma was predeceased by her brother Steven Baars and parents Gerry and Ann Baars. A service will be held at Moose Jaw Baptist Church at 965 Hochelaga Street West. Information about the service will be available at moosejawbaptist.com on May 22, 2021. Those who so desire may make memorial donations in memory of Wilma to the Autism Society Canada, 140 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON, M5C 1X6.
