ARNOLD FREDERICKSON
The family of Arnold Owen Frederickson is saddened to announce his passing away on August 20, 2025. Arnold was born in Springside, SK on May 28,1931 to Aurthur and Gladys Frederickson. He attended Beaver school learning early to help with the farm. In May 1956, Arnold married Irene Sereda, daughter of George and Minnie Sereda. They moved to Brownlee where Arnold worked on a ranch. In 1964, the family moved to Tugaske where Irene taught school and Arnold began work for the R.M. of Huron, where he worked until June of 1996. Arnold and Irene retired in Central Butte and then moved to the Bentley in Moose Jaw. After Irene’s passing, Arnold moved to the Bentley in Swift Current to be closer to Daryl and Teresa. Arnold called Daryl each evening to get the fishing report and catch up on what was happening with the boys. Arnold was predeceased by wife Irene and son Kelly. He is survived by son Daryl and grandsons Jonathon and Clayton. The family will have a private graveside service in Central Butte for Arnold at a later date.
