Phyllis Munshaw passed away peacefully on June 15, 2019 at the age of 95.
Predeceased by her husband, Al and her brothers Jim and Stan. Phyllis will be sadly missed by her sons Ken (Maureen) and Ron; grandchildren Laurie, Debbie, Angie and Ryan; great-grandchildren Preston, Colton and Jordan.
A special thank you goes out to Christine at Chateau St. Michaels and to all the staff at Moose Jaw Extendicare who took special care of Phyllis. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Moose Jaw Humane Society in Phyllis’s memory.
