GARY ALM
It is with great sadness the family of Gary Walter Alm announce his passing on Saturday May 15, 2021. He was predeceased by his father Walter Alm and brother-in-law Sam Lawrence. Gary will be lovingly missed by his son Adam; mother Joyce Alm; brother Blair (Kari); sisters Renee (Hal) Walters, Karen Lawrence as well as his many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins; who will all feel a big loss in their lives. Gary was born in Assiniboia, SK on December 19, 1963. He grew up on a farm around Verwood, SK. Gary went to school in Verwood, then attended school in Assiniboia where he graduated. After leaving school he worked as a plumber in different parts of Saskatchewan and up north including Inuvik. He enjoyed playing baseball and going fishing. Gary’s love and compassion for his friends and family was truly genuine. As well as touching everyone’s life that he met for the last six years he gave up his job to help his parents. His son Adam who was dearly loved, was one of the most important people in his life. Gary’s life and presence, smile and loving nature will be missed by all.
