The family of Lois Adams is sad to announce her passing on October 25, 2023, in Moose Jaw, SK. She was 92.

Lois is predeceased by her daughter Jill; husband Wayne; parents Bill and Theresa Seymour; sister Meryle (Bill) Iwanicki; and brother Robert Seymour.

Lois is survived by her children Jeff (Jeanne) Adams; June (Randy) House; 2 grandchildren David (Dana) Adams and Charlotte Adams; 2 great grandchildren Jace and Avaya Adams; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Lois was born and raised in Moose Jaw. She earned a registered nursing degree and spent a career helping others. She married in Moose Jaw and raised a family while living in Kingston, ON; Calgary, AB; and Regina, SK. When her nest was empty, she returned to Moose Jaw to care for her parents. She became an executive member of the Saskatchewan Union of Nurses. She loved gardening and being an amazing grandmother. Near the end of her life, she accepted Jesus as her saviour.

Lois passed peacefully at Providence Place in Moose Jaw. The family would like to thank the staff and nurses in the “Raphael wing” for the amazing care that she received. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Providence Place.

The family will hold a celebration of her life in the spring. The first warm day in spring was her favourite time of the year.
