WINNIPEG — The Winnipeg Blue Bombers signed defensive back Damian Swann and quarterback Dru Brown on Tuesday. A six-foot, 190-pound Swann was drafted in the fifth round of the 2015 NFL draft by the New Orleans Saints out of the University of Georgia.
