The finalists are set in the Original 16 Cash League, and it won’t be much of a surprise when it comes to the ‘A’ side finalists.

The BTN Chartered Accountants foursome skipped by defending champion Penny Barker will face Ben Gamble and KMS Construction in the championship game on Wednesday night at the Moose Jaw Curling Centre.

Barker booked her spot in the final with a win over EMJ Marketing (Joe Gunnis) while Gamble advanced with a win over Wade Gray.

BTN had the top record in the regular season at 16-2 while Gamble finished tied for second with a 12-6 record, making the title game a battle between the top two teams -- something that has been somewhat unusual in a league well known for playoff upsets.

Other results saw Leeville Construction (Dustin Woloschuk) defeat RK Sunview Farms (Dayne Heisler), Young and Young Automotive (Stan Barnsley) down Ryder Helmeczi and John’s Music (Ryan Wenarchuk) upset Fountain Tire (Barry Silk).

As a result, the ‘B side final will see Leeville Construction take on John’s Music, ‘C’ side final will feature Fountain Tire against Young and Young Automotive, ‘D’ side final will have RK Sunview Farms against EMJ Marketing and the ‘E’ final will see Ryder Helmeczi duelling Wade Gray.

All five games will take place on Wednesday, Mar. 20 at 7:30 p.m. at the Moose Jaw Curling Centre.
