Mizpah Chapter No 1, Order of the Eastern Star, recently held their Official Visit of the Worthy Grand Matron and the Worthy Grand Patron of Saskatchewan

The current bucket truck is facing a major oil leak and requires significant repairs before it can be used again, while city hall expects repairs to take two to three weeks and cost more than $24,000.

City hall will install the artwork by late August; the location will be east of the tourism office or southeast of Mac the Moose. 

On July 10th, the MPNMR group stopped by the Legion as part of their Canada-wide relay to support the Military Police Fund for Blind Children. Their goal is to raise $1M to support children with vision impairment.

The Moose Jaw Health Foundation has announced the date for this year's Festival of Trees will be Saturday, October 21, a month earlier than usual, in support of 2023's goal to raise funds for specialized breast cancer treatment equipment at the hospital.
