The Moose Jaw Police Service have reported that the man taken to hospital during the Feb. 4 fire on the 300 block of Ross St. West has died.
The man has been identified as Benjamin Plant, 34. He died the following day. The cause of death was not specified.
The fire was contained to one unit of a townhouse complex. Plant was found by firefighters during a search of the property. He was taken to hospital in critical condition. All other residents were evacuated.
The police do not consider the fire to be suspicious, however it still remains under investigation.
