Sask. reports 6 new COVID-19 cases for total of 72 in province

Six more confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 have been announced in Saskatchewan, bringing the new total of reported cases to 72. 

All of those reported cases have now been confirmed positive by the Roy Romanow Provincial Laboratory, which has tested 5,575 samples so far. 

No other details about the new cases have been released. 

Two-thirds of the reported positive cases of COVID-19 are male, and 70 out of 72 cases are in individuals over the age of 20.

As of Mar. 24, public health is reporting 34 cases in Saskatoon and 22 cases in Regina, with 13 cases in the rest of southern and central Saskatchewan and 3 cases in northern Saskatchewan.
