Police are investigating another armed robbery.
Last night just after 7 p.m., police responded to an armed robbery on the 400 block of Athabasca St. East.
Police say the suspect was armed with a hammer and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash and merchandise.
More information will be provided as it becomes available.
This is the second such incident in a week; MJPS also arrested a suspect who allegedly robbed the Main Street 7-11 with a hammer on Nov. 25. The accused, Yussuf Ali, has already appeared in court.
