The Moose Jaw Police Service, along with the Moose Jaw Fire Department and SaskEnergy, responded to a major gas leak on South Hill earlier today.
The leak, located on the 700 block of Lillooet St. West, has now been repaired.
Initially, the public was asked to avoid a five-block radius of this area. Residents now can now return to their homes.
Service crews are working to repair the line, meaning that the 600-700 blocks of Lillooet will remain closed to traffic until the work is complete.
