The Moose Jaw Police Service has arrested Nolan Conway on his outstanding warrants related to child pornography, while he has been remanded into custody and will in provincial court later.

The police service is encouraging people who believe they — or a child in their care — have been victimized by Conway to report the incident to the agency or another police force.

The Moose Jaw Police Service number is 306-694-7600 while Crime Stoppers is 1-800-222-8477.

As reported earlier, the police laid eight charges against Conway, 40, including two counts of making child pornography, two counts of sexual assault, two counts of sexual interference and two counts of sexual exploitation.

These offences stem from an investigation of possession of child pornography that began in February 2022. That investigation led to a search of the Conway's residence in April. At that time Conway, of Moose Jaw, was arrested and charged with possession of child pornography.

The search also led to the seizure of several electronic devices that required further forensic analysis.

The Moose Jaw Police Service Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) investigators, in partnership with the Saskatchewan ICE Unit, examined these devices for further evidence of offences for child pornography.

The evidence found on these devices and further investigation by the MJPS resulted in additional charges against Conway.
