Man arrested for Valentine's Day stabbing in Moose Jaw

A Moose Jaw man has been arrested in connection to a stabbing that took place on Valentine's Day.

Through their investigation, police were able to ascertain the suspect was Chayden Warford of Moose Jaw. Police issued an attempted murder warrant for Warford’s arrest via their Facebook page yesterday. 

At approximately 5 p.m. on Tuesday Warford was arrested without incident. It is reported that he turned himself into police.

It is alleged that Warford stabbed another man. When police responded to a reported dispute at 11:30 p.m. on Feb. 14, they found a male suffering from a stab wound to the chest. He was rushed to hospital. Prior to arrival, a male suspect fled the residence.

Warford will make a court apperance this morning.
