Brice is in at quarterback for B.C. First play from scrimmage and we have a scrap. Once all the objectionable conduct penalties are done, Lions are set up at Saskatchewan 47.

B.C. gets ball back on own 32 with 2:54 to play. after 73-yard kick and 25-yard return by Brooks III.

TOUCHDOWN ROUGHRIDERS! Two plays later, Duncan-Busby hauls in a 42-yard touchdown pass from Maier, and that's Maier's first touchdown as a Roughrider! Two plays, 44 yards, 34-10 Saskatchewan lead.

Funny moment on the broadcast. One play after Luc says Masoli has a better chance of throwing an interception that a touchdown, Brooks Jr. makes a spectacular diving pick and sets the Riders up at the B.C. 44. That's his first interception in his first game of the season in Green and White!

Milligan's interception:

Two runs by Ouellette get Riders down the B.C. three, Sask opts to kick field goal on third and two. Lauther hits from 11 yards -- going 4-for-4 on the night, by the way -- and Riders lead 27-10 with 4:16 to play.

Agent Zero strikes again! Milligan Jr. picks off a deflected pass by Allen and runs all the way back to Lions 11 with 6:11 remaining. Great chance for Riders to put this one away!

Couch punts down to B.C. 20, holding penalty pushes Lions back to own 10 with 7:35 remaining in the game.

Johnson 20-yard catch and a couple runs by Ouellette get Riders down to B.C. 44, but drive stalls.

B.C.'s turn to go two-and-out, Riders get ball back at own 23 after 61 yard punt and 12-yard Alford return.

Riders go two and out, Couch gets off another monster punt for 74 yards into the B.C. end zone and another punt single.That takes care of that missed two-point convert and Riders lead 24-10 with 13:50 left in the game.

Whyte's 13-yard kick is good, Saskatchewan leads 23-10 to close out the third quarter.

The Lions no huddle gets rolling again, three completions for first downs and a short run gets B.C. down to Riders one yard line. Prodecure penalty put B.C. back on six and Masoli throws to corner of endzone for Butler, but Allen makes great defensive play. Lions opt for field goal.

Three runs and an incomplete pass see drive come to an end at Riders 46. Couch gets off a 77-yard bomb that's downed in the Lions end zone for the single point, Sask leads 23-7 with 3:31 to play in third quarter.

Lions go two-and-out thanks to huge Rider pressure on second down, Riders get the ball back at own 30 with 6:20 left in third quarter.

B.C. starts from trom their own 33 to start first drive of second half.

Ouellette's touchdown:

TOUCHDOWN ROUGHRIDERS: Two yard and nine yard run by Ouellette and the Riders are in the end zone. That's 103 yards rushing on the day for A.J., his first time cracking the century mark on the ground with the Riders. Saskatchewan leads 22-7 thanks to a 10-play, 69-yard drive taking 7:34 off the clock. Two-point field goal is no good.

Maier finds Ouellette for 12-yard catch down to B.C. 11, Ouelette has 12 carries for 92 yards as well, so he's over 100 yards total yardage on the night!

Riders have something going, in no small part to a horsecollar tackle by Williams on Robustelli, with the 15-yard penalty getting Sask down to B.C. 31.

Riders get the ball back to start the second half, scrimmaging from own 45.

Campbell's first CFL touchdown, but not his first in pro football -- he had a pick six while playing for the NFL's Los Angeles Chargers in 2019.

Field level look at Campbell's pick six:

Lions first half stats: Masoli 9-for-16 passing for 97 yards, one TD and one INT. Butler 11 carries for 92 yards. Hatcher two catches for 26 yards. 196 yards total offence.

Roughriders first half stats: Maier 5-for-10 passing for 65 yards. Ouellette nine carries for 79 yards. Johnson two catches for 22 yards, Robustelli with the one catch for 34 yards. 147 yards total offence.

TOUCHDOWN ROUGHRIDERS! As good as things are looking for the Lions, it all changes on a pass out to the flat on a huge blitz, Masoli gets picked off by Campbell and he takes it 89 yards to the house for the major as time runs out in the half! Roughriders lead 16-7 on a crazy turn of events!

Masoli finds McInnis for 36-yard touchdown pass, but McInnis is way offside and play is called back.

B.C. no huddle offence getting the job done again, four straight gains get ball down to Riders 44.

It's good, Saskatchewan leads 9-7 with 1:05 remaining until half.

Short run by Ouellette and five-yard sack by Hendrix sees Lauther attempting 45-yard field goal.

Here's Alford's punt return...

Jeepers, Meyers takes an absolute wallop on a deep incomplete pass over the middle. Defensive secondaries aren't playing nice for either team!

Meyer 61-yard punt called back on illegal interference call, B.C. now punting from own 33. Alford gets the ball at own 17 and gets it all the way back to the Riders 48 with 2:33 to play in half.

Butler gets popped again by Ray on second down pass, and Lions are punting.

Robustelli's catch from earlier in the game...

Ooof, Butler makes a short catch but runs into an absolute clobbering of a hit by Sayles. Five yard gain, but Butler will be feeling that tomorrow.

Couch punts 51 yards, Brooks returns 12 yards to Sask 48. Holding penalty sees B.C. scrimmaging from own 38 with 3:39 remaining.

Ouellette gets six yards on first down, but Maier sacked for two-yard loss on next play and Riders go two-and-out for second straight drive. Luc points out it was a three-man rush by the Lions to get the sack, not an ideal situation for the Riders o-line.

Lake-Moore's fumble recovery at the start of the quarter:

Alford has nice return up to Riders 37 after catching ball at 14, but illegal block sees the run called back and Sask scrimmaging from own seven with 5:35 left until half.

Procedure penalty and short run to Sask 48 sees Lions punting.

Hatcher's touchdown.

Two and out for Riders on next drive. Couch 32-yard punt, B.C. gets ball back at own 48.

Luc points out that the drive happened because the Riders couldn't get defensive plays in and had to run basic coverages due to the quick offence, something to watch for in upcoming Lions possessions.

Lions put together a stellar drive on hurry-up offence, racking up five straight first downs including 38-yard run by Butler and ending in a 15-yard touchdown catch by Hatcher. Complete collapse by the Riders defence on that drive. Six plays taking 2:23 and B.C. has a 7-6 lead with 10:22 left in second quarter.

Couch hits 41-yard punt, out of bounds at B.C. 13-yard line to flip the field.

First play of second quarter, Reavis forces Butler fumble, Korte-Moore recovers at Riders 53. Saskatchewan has the first turnover of the game!

Lauther hits from 48-yards, 6-0 Saskatchewan with 51 seconds remaining in first quarter.

Eight yard rush by Bertrand-Hudon, but Stevens is stopped on short yardage at B.C. 40. Lauther field goal coming up.

Robustelli gets as open as any can down the sideline and even has time to wait to make the catch, keeping just in bounds for 34-yard catch down to the B.C. 46.

Ouellette has 13- and seven-yard runs on first downs and is already at 55 yards rushing in the game.

Solid 38 yard punt by Meyer pins Riders at own 10 yard line with no return. 4:10 left in first quarter.

Pass interference penalty on pass to McInnis sees B.C. get the ball at the Riders 50, but short run and incomplete pass sees Lions punting again.

Kick goes 45 yards, Brooks gets four yard return and B.C. scrimmages from own 21.

Johnson has a 19 yard catch to get down to Riders 45, but pass for one-yard loss on great coverage by Carter and short pass to Johnson sees Couch punting.

Riders get the ball back at their own 26 after 50-yard punt and six yard return by Alford.

Two more incompletions by Masoli and Riders get the ball right back after another two-and-out. Luc points out that the first pass was high, and that was a problem for Masoli last week.

Drive stalls there thanks to a procedure penalty and incompletion, Lauther has 34-yard field goal and makes it. 3-0 Roughriders with 9:02 to play in first quarter.

Picton catch for first down and a nine yard run by Ouellette have Riders in field goal range at the B.C. 26.

Riders start on own 35 yard line and A.J. Ouellette cracks off a 26-yard run down to Lions 49. Big play to get things started.

Masoli first down pass falls short, and Riders get a stop on the first series after a couple of rough starts their last two games!

Short run on first down but Riders' Malik Carney is injured. He's able to walk off, so hopefully he's back in soon.

B.C. Lions get the ball for the first series, Brett Lauther kicks off and we're underway!

Luc has his pre-game betting pick in, and with the Riders a two-point favourite in the latest odds, he's going with an extremely confident Roughriders for the win. He also expects lots of points, going with the over on the 47.5 points over/under.

The B.C. Lions depth chart. It's a battle of the back-up quarterbacks, as Jeremiah Masoli gets the start in place of Nathan Rourke, Rourke will dress as the third-string quarterback, though.

The Roughriders depth chart. The biggest story, of course, is Jake Maier getting the start at quarterback as Trevor Harris recovers from a head injury and illness.  Otherwise, things are much the same as last week as Saskatchewan finally sees a bit of consistency at other positions...

It’s Week 4 of Canadian Football League action as the Saskatchewan Roughriders take on the B.C. Lions at Mosaic Stadium in Regina!

The Riders come into the game with a perfect 3-0 record and first place in the West Division, while the Lions are 1-2 and have lost their previous two games to sit in fourth in the East.

It's expected to be another beautiful night as the Riders continue to get lucky with the weather: temperatures are expected to be around 24 C at kickoff, with winds a little breezy at 18 km/h from the west

The contest is the annual kisiskaciwan game for the Green and White, as they honour Saskatchewan Indigenous history and culture.

The Riders will feature a special indigenous-themed logo on their helmet, with the unique artwork designed by Chris Chipak of Red Pheasant Cree Nation, which is on Treaty 6 land.

A variety of displays are on hand at the Party in the Park, including a First Nations tipi.

Merchandise sales are expected to be hot, with a portion going to Indigenous initiatives across Saskatchewan.
