MOOSE JAW — The City of Moose Jaw, on behalf of the Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Plant (BPWTP), is advising residents of a planned production outage on July 23.
The outage is tentatively scheduled to begin Wednesday, July 23, at 7 a.m., and is expected to last 12 hours. This planned outage is required for BPWTP to continue ongoing construction at their facility. Capacity in city of Moose Jaw reservoirs will allow water service to residents to continue uninterrupted.
Additionally, the city’s water and wastewater staff will continuously monitor reservoir water levels during this planned outage and the city will update residents if there are any changes to this project.
The BPWTP will resume production on July 23 at 7 p.m.
