MOOSE JAW — The City of Moose Jaw advises residents of a temporary closure on Main Street Soth, just north of the Home Street intersection on July 23.
The closure will be in place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, while railway crossing maintenance is underway in the area.
On Main Street South, there will be a detour in place at River Drive impacting southbound traffic. A road closure stating local traffic only will be in place on Main Street South just south of River Drive to allow residents access to their properties in the immediate area. This will also allow for local traffic only on Maple Street E.
Main Street South to the south of Maple Street E until Home Street East will be completely closed.
A portion of 1st Avenue SE between River Drive and Home Street East will allow for two-way traffic so residents in the area can access their properties during this time.
No impact to transit services is expected.
