Jake Maier will start for the Saskatchewan Roughriders when they host the B.C. Lions on Saturday. Starter Trevor Harris has been ruled out of the game with a head injury and illness.
Saturday will be the 46th start of Maier’s CFL career and his ninth versus the Lions.
Overall, Maier has a career completion percentage of 68.2, 11,685 yards, 60 touchdowns, and 39 interceptions over four seasons with the Calgary Stampeders.
