To All Those Who Love Norwegian Lefse:
I am not sure if there is a Scandinavian Club in Moose Jaw still but of interest to Norwegians and those Swedish, there is a company that makes and sells Lefse that is currently available at South Hill Fine Foods in the bakery, as well as in the store itself. A company from Swift Current makes the Lefse and it is super good!
