Yvonne Carol Wright
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Yvonne Carol Wright, who peacefully departed on July 12, 2025, in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan at the age of 74. Yvonne was born on August 15, 1950, in Regina, Saskatchewan, and was a beloved daughter to Dorothy and Lawrence Maier.
Yvonne was predeceased by her parents Dorothy and Lawrence, brother David and sister Donna.
She will be remembered as a devoted mother to Karen (Clint), Carol, and Dorothy (Shannon). Her legacy continues through her countless grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Yvonne was a cherished sibling to a large family; Larry (Janet), Michael (Betty), Kathy, Brenda, Dennis, Laura, Debbie (Bud), Patti (Alan), Sharon (John), and Dana (Rob); as well as many nieces and nephews.
Yvonne was known for her diverse passions and unwavering dedication. A talented crafter, she found joy in creating beautiful things. She was an avid card player and a dedicated bingo player, always eager for a friendly game. Her strong work ethic was admired by all who knew her. Yvonne cherished spending time with family, creating lasting memories. She was also an amazing cook, bringing warm and delicious meals to gatherings. Among her many talents, Yvonne was also a skilled quilter. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
