SCHULTZ
Geraldine Ann Schultz, Jo or Gerry to friends and family, passed away quietly at the age of 78 years on Wednesday, October 27th, 2021 at Moose Jaw Extendicare.
Geraldine was born and raised in Moose Jaw, SK. She married Glen Schultz in 1962 and settled into several neighborhoods on South Hill. She raised a family of three, two daughters and a son, and made a happy home with all sorts of pets: dogs, cats, birds, and occasionally goldfish.
Although she long struggled with Diabetes and the many associated health complications, Geraldine worked hard to keep a positive attitude towards life and all those who knew her. She'll always be remembered for her smile and great sense of humour.
She was predeceased by her parents, Ernest and Mary Antill; brother, Richard Antill; and husband, Glen Schultz. Geraldine will be fondly remembered by her daughters, Lorianne Schultz and Leslie Sommerfeld (Ray); son, Darcy Schultz (Amy); grandchildren, Zoey Schultz and Jesse Schultz; sisters, Debra Temple (Dan) and Pat Strevens; as well as nieces and nephews: Melanie, Susie, Kelly, Porter and Katie.
A special thanks to those at Extendicare in Moose Jaw who cared for Geraldine in her final years, and together brought joy into each other’s lives.
A Private Family Service will be held.
