Patricia Ann (Pat) Rattee
(July 5, 1945- March 19,2021)
Patricia Ann (Pat) Rattee, late of Moose Jaw, SK passed away suddenly at her home on Friday March 19, 2021. Pat was born in Moose Jaw, SK to Charles Albert (Charlie) and Barbara Lesley (Barb) Rattee on July 5, 1945. Pat was predeceased by her parents and her sisters Barbara (Lola) Chadwick and Margaret Rattee. Pat is survived by and extremely proud of her children Terri Pelton (Grant) of Edmonton, AB and Garth Fondrick of Moose Jaw, SK and her grandchildren, Shelby and Colton. Later in life, following her marriage to Grant, Pat became a Great Grandmother to Madelynn and Callie whom she adored and became lovingly known as GGP (Great Grandma Pat). Grant’s children Holly (David) and Matthew will also miss her dearly. She is also survived by her brother Garth Rattee and his wife Jeanette and many nieces and nephews. She will be especially missed by her nephew Brad Rattee and her great nephew Ben Rattee as well as her good friends Marg and Debbie. She will always be remembered for her quick wit and awesome sense of humour. She had retired from a long career working to provide food services to seniors and others requiring special care at St Anthony’s Home and Providence Place in Moose Jaw. She loved her work and made many friends with fellow workers sharing their desire to see good care provided to those in need. Pat was a staunch advocate for the care of those she worked to provide for and was constantly working to make their lives better. Pat will be interred with her family in Prairie Memorial Columbarium, Moose Jaw, SK. A private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Moose Jaw Humane Society or Providence Place will be appreciated. In living memory of Pat, a memorial planting will be made by Jones - Parkview Funeral Services.
