It is with great sadness that the family of Jacek Marian Pytraczyk announces his passing on Tuesday, October 29th, 2019 at the age of 48 years. Jacek will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Basia and Bolek Pytraczyk; brother, Slawomir (Nina) Pytraczyk; sister, Jennifer (Dan) Koskie; and his partner, Leslie Kennedy. Jacek will be fondly remembered for his love of travel and for his skill as a cook. Jacek was an avid reader and a lover of history.
