It is with sadness that the family of Kevin Raymond Pisiak, of Moose Jaw, share the news of his passing on Aug 12, 2021.
Kevin was born September 28th, 1961 in Swift Current.
Kevin lived his life his way and with full force. Whatever he did was with passion; motocross, sledding, lake activities, in the gun range, in business, in construction work, in bodybuilding, in teaching and in friendships.
His recent years of sobriety were one of his major life achievements and he mentored others to take the same path. He was quick to show his pride of his son and daughter whom he deeply treasured. He will be remembered for always lending a helping hand to whoever needed it, no matter the time of day.
Kevin was predeceased by his father, Emil; mother, Helen; and brother, Doug.
Kevin will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by his son, Mitch (Amanda McNabb), and daughter, Calla (Mike Purdy), brother Lane, sister Anita (Murray Jaster), sister-in-law Barb, as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and one niece, along with great nieces & nephews
A small, private Family Service will be held on Aug 17th, 2021. Plans will be made for a Celebration of Life at a later date. (Date, location & time will be shared). In lieu of flowers, donations in Kevin’s name may be made to be made to the South Saskatchewan Wildlife Association, 276 Home Street East Moose Jaw SK Canada S6H 4N8.
The family urges anyone struggling with their mental health to reach out to friends or loved ones and to not suffer in silence.
