Wilma Doreen Pickering

Wilma Doreen Pickering, of Moose Jaw, passed away peacefully Aug 14, 2021, at the age of 87. She is predeceased by her husband David, parents Marshal Watson and Mary Elizabeth (Burke) Fox, sisters Elva, Marie, and Olive, brothers Joseph, Cecil and Merville. She will be sadly missed by her son Richard (Elizabeth) of Moose Jaw; daughters, Wilda (Richard) Leonardo of Moose Jaw, and Barbara Slessor of Moose Jaw. Seven grandchildren, Jonathan (Chantel) Pickering, Christopher (Stephanie Montpetit) Pickering; Katie (Ben) Roth, Michael Leonardo; Solomon (Veronique Dufour), Bethany and Samantha (Liam) Fish. And great-grandson Cash Pickering. She is also survived by her sister Nadine (Stewart) Tait, sisters-in-law Linda (Wayne) Townsend and Patricia (Phil Stone) Chalmers, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. A special thanks to the staff at Extendicare for their outstanding care and compassion. The family will have a private celebration of life at a later date.
