Mr. Melvin Dale Knarr, aged 87 years of Balcarres, SK passed away on Wednesday, November 16th, 2022. Mel was born on September 9th, 1935 at Mortlach, SK.
Mel married Jean Dunlop on November 10th, 1978 and they resided in Moose Jaw, SK until they moved to Melville, SK in 2016. He was predeceased by his parents, Blanche and Herbert Knarr; eight of his siblings; and granddaughter, Nicole Pack. Mel is survived by his wife of 44 years, Jean; children: Mike (Evan), Marlo (Robin - Tanner, Jared), Mark (Linda - Jordan, Brandon), and Kari (Rod - Ciara); as well as many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 26th, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. via Zoom. Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.
