Thomas Richard Knapper
On Monday June 15th, 2020 Thomas Richard Knapper, rode off into the sunset peacefully surrounded by his daughters, son-in-law and the love of his life. He lived a very full 64 years of life. Tom was born August 16, 1955 in Moose Jaw to parents Nellie and Thomas Knapper. He was born just down the street from where he lived for the last 35 years. Straight Outta South Hill. Some of his loves included: Harley-Davidsons, guitars, recording music and the Moose Jaw Warriors. Some might say he lived a wild life, but really he loved nothing more than spending time with his family. His favorite places were his home and yard aka “The Compound” or “The Bunker” where he would be jamming with his band mates. Tom was met on the other side by an all-star cast including: his parents Nellie and Thomas (Sr.); his wife Donna; his son Scott; his brothers-in-laws Wayne, Dwight, and Bob; and his beloved dog Boh. Family members keeping his memory alive, earth side, include: the love of his life Roxanne; his three daughters Melissa (Brad), Lisa (Oliver), and Kimberly (Jeff); his grandchildren Avery, Brayden, Evelyn, Elizabeth, Parker, and Elliot; and his sisters Joyce, Brenda and Linda; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A Private Family Service will take place. Della Ferguson will officiate. Interment will take place at Rosedale Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations can be made to Running Wild Rescue (290 9th Ave. N.W., Moose Jaw SK, S6H 4H2 or runningwild.rescue@gmail.com for etransfer).
