Gordon Walter Francis, aged 88 years of Moose Jaw, SK passed away peacefully at home on Friday, February 28th, 2020 as a result of cancer. Gordon was born and raised in Moose Jaw. He had a mixed farm of dairy, grain, chickens, horses, etc. He was predeceased by his infant daughter, Janice; son, Neil; daughter, Eileen; infant great-grandson, Sean; and sisters, Jean Barnett and Betty Maunder. Gordon is survived by his wife, Vivian; Neil’s family: Nicole Francis (Cliff), Cliff Francis (Amber) and family; son, Pat Francis (Bev) and family; Eileen’s family: Dave Dryburgh, Alex Dryburgh, Amanda Eastman (Kevin) and family; Loretta Bokamyer (Cory) and family; Ray Francis (Mary Jane) and family; and Sharon Wilson (Rick) and family. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, March 4th, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in Minto United Church, 1036 7th Ave NW, Moose Jaw, SK with Reverend Linda Tomlinson-Seebach officiating.
