On Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Anna Fay passed away peacefully at the age of 94.
Anna was born in the Coderre district to Frank and Doris Carey. Anna married Francis Fay in 1950 and they raised four children while farming and also taught in Gravelbourg and Palmer. Before moving to Moose Jaw in 1978, where she began working at Woolco and looking after her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a great hostess and enjoyed all her visits. She enjoyed the outdoors. She loved reading, knitting, crewel work and playing cribbage and sudoku. Always loved nature.
Predeceased by parents, husband Francis, a premature baby and good friend Sadie. She will be sadly missed by her family.
With Anna’s wishes a small intimate private service will be held to honour her on Friday, March 8, 2024, at 11:00 AM.
