Vera Luletta Drake
November 4, 1931 - January 8, 2024
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and wife. With family gathered by her side at Chateau St. Michael’s, she took her last breath on Monday January 8, 2024. Vera is survived by her 5 loving children David (Lynne), Philip (Marie), Roy (Mary), Vivian (Wendel) and Kenneth (Cheri); 17 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; a sister Dorothy and numerous nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband Robert; parents Herbert and Mary Pearl; siblings Lorne (Edna), Gordon (Fay), Elmer, Harry (Dorothy); brother-in-law Morris; her grandson Shane, and numerous in-laws.
A Celebration of Vera’s life will be held on Monday, January 15, 2024 at 11:00 AM at W. J. Jones & Son Chapel, 474 Hochelaga St W., Moose Jaw, SK. Della Ferguson will officiate. For those wishing to view the service please click on the link PRIOR to 11:00AM.
