Crystal Dawn Douglass of Moose Jaw passed away on March 22, 2019 at the age of 35.
Crystal is predeceased by her grandparents and her father Andrew Clarke.
She will be sadly missed by her husband Michael and his family; mother Mary (Wayne) Harris; brothers Warren (Morgan) Clarke, Brandon (Kimmie) Clarke, Tyler Clarke and Kasey Clarke as well as numerous family members and friends.
A Celebration of Crystal’s life will take place on Saturday April 6, 2019 from 1:00 – 3:00 PM at the Crescent Park Event Centre.
