Eileen Isobelle Dolman, formerly of Tugaske and Moose Jaw, SK passed away peacefully at the Davidson Health Centre on Tuesday, August 10th, 2021. Eileen was born in Tugaske on May 21st, 1929 in a cottage on Bison Street. After high school she attended Teacher’s College in Moose Jaw and took her first year teaching job at Parkhill School, east of Craik, SK. It was here where she met Howard, her best friend of 59 years. Life took them to Tugaske where they farmed for 28 years while Eileen was employed as a teacher.

Eileen enjoyed good times with friends and neighbours and was very active in the community. She enjoyed outdoors and spent her time gardening, working in the community and farm life. She spent her retirement golfing, quilting, playing cards, visiting friends and vacation time. Eileen’s family was her greatest joy and she looked forward to adventures with her grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her parents, Hazel and Charles Westlake; husband, Howard Dolman; brothers-in-law: Merv Huckerby, Lyle Dolman and Morris Dolman; sister-in-law, Florence Dolman; and niece, Michelle Dolman. Eileen will be sadly missed by her daughter, Jacki (Ed) Allin; son, Reg (Gail) Dolman; grandchildren: Nicole (Kent) Schumacher, Jeff Allin, Kristin (Dave) Vollmer, and Scott (Jess) Dolman; four beautiful great-grandchildren: Jaden, Kendall, Charli and Hattie; sister, Lois Huckerby; sister-in-law, Isabelle Dolman; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.

A Graveside Service will be held on Sunday, August 15th, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Tugaske Cemetery – Tugaske, SK with Celebrant Dave Foley officiating. A Time of Fellowship will follow at the Tugaske Community Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations in Eileen’s name may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan, Unit 26 - 1738 Quebec Ave, Saskatoon, SK S7K 1V9.
