PEGGY ANDERSEN
AUGUST 14, 1968 – APRIL 27, 2021

We are so saddened to announce the passing of Peggy Andersen on April 27, 2021 at the age of 52. Predeceased by Mom, Laurette Benjamin in 2017. Peggy leaves to mourn her brother Robert Andersen; special friend, Rudy Gugel; Aunt Alice Seaborn; Aunt Denise Benjamin; Aunt Terry and Uncle John Mondor; and many cousins and friends. Peggy really loved being with people, and so it was fitting for her to have been a Walmart greeter in Moose Jaw for 14 years. She treasured and enjoyed this job until she became ill and unfortunately had to give it up. Peggy and her brother would often be seen sitting on a bench downtown Moose Jaw, chit chatting with passersby, just passing time and having a friendly visit. Family celebrations were important to Peggy as she got to see aunts, uncles, and cousins she hadn’t visited with for a long time. Peggy had recently received a brand-new scooter from the Kinsmen Telemiracle and was so excited about the new adventures it would create for her. Despite life’s challenges, Peggy always remained courageous and cheerful, never letting the obstacles kill her spirit. You left us way too soon Peggy! We will miss you! Enjoy the sweet reunion with your precious Mom, along with the many loved ones who have already made the journey to their Heavenly Home! Due to COVID, there will be no service at this time. Memorial donations would be greatly appreciated and can be made to the Moose Jaw Salvation Army, 2 Wintergreen Drive, Moose Jaw, SK, S6J 1M9.  In living memory of Peggy Andersen, a memorial planting will be made by Jones-Parkview Funeral Services. Please sign the memorial register at website: www.jonesparkview.com (Obituaries).
