And in a rather humerous fashion, too boot.
Ryder Korczak started the trend back on April 6 when he posted a video on Twitter showing the 18-year-old Tribe forward exiting his vehicle while “practicing my social distancing with his my brother”, giving a tour of his family shop before challenging teammate Calder Anderson to a bodyweight bench press challenge for five reps.
Spoiler alert, Ryder Korczak can easily bench press 175 pounds five times.
Anderson got in on the action the next day, pushing 165 pounds easily and then challenging Cade Hayes to a creative push-up challenge. That led to Anderson putting down 10 push-ups while rolling a medicine ball hand-to-hand for each rep.Ryder Korczak (@Korzy19) is encouraging everyone to practice social distancing AND has a challenge for teammate Calder Anderson (@calderandersonn) #FlattenTheCurve pic.twitter.com/tDC8DTHGjt

Hayes replied in style on Easter Sunday: pulling up on a quadrunner at his family farm during a near blizzard, performing 10 elevated pushups with his hands in a divot and feet on the bike's footrest. Hayes then challenged Cole Jordan to a puck trick competition before reeling off a stick and puck juggling show that would make Patrick Kane look twice.
Happy Easter!!

Daemon Hunt threw down a challenge of his own on April 9 with a message from home detailing his own social distancing efforts before breaking out a yoga routine as a challenge for Cory King. Yes, a yoga routine. The 17-year-old NHL Draft prospect then signed off from his hot tub, sporting a pair of Raybans.

Korczak also got back in on the action on Sunday, joining with older brother Kaeden -- himself a Kelowna Rockets standout and signed Las Vegas Golden Knights prospect -- for a quick handwashing PSA with the hashtag FlattenTheCurve.
