Sights and scenes: Sask Rush put on show during National Lacrosse League exhibition

Rush stage multiple comebacks but drop 14-12 decision to Calgary Roughnecks at Moose Jaw Events Centre.

They promised to put on one heck of a show, and they delivered.

The Saskatchewan Rush went toe-to-toe with the Calgary Roughnecks on Saturday night at the Moose Jaw Events Centre, staging multiple comebacks before dropping a 14-12 decision in National Lacrosse League pre-season action.

More than 4,600 people packed the arena for the first-of-its-kind event, and they were treated to a night of entertainment nearly on par with what one would see in a regular season game up in Saskatoon.

Here’s a look at some of the action, and be sure to check back Sunday for much more from captain Ryan Keenan, goaltender Laine Hruska and head coach Jimmy Quinlan!
