Friend of the Express, Bryan Wilcockson of the UK, recently brought to our attention a website that provides a look at life in 1944, as compared to the same location in 2014.
Once you access the website, you can simply click on a photo and drag your mouse from left to right to see the transition between the two time periods.
It is a fascinating look at the war years, while also highlighting these same locations 70 years later.
