Two more COVID-19 cases to report

There are two more cases of COVID-19 to report in Saskatchewan.
 
One new case is in the Saskatoon area, while the other is in the Far North region.

There are now 660 reported cases in the province. There are 21 active cases.  

There is currently one person in intensive care in Saskatoon. A total of 626 individuals have recovered.
 
Of the 660 cases in the province:

  • 145 cases are travellers;
  • 398 are community contacts (including mass gatherings);
  • 79 have no known exposures; and
  • 38 are under investigation by local public health.

On a regional level, 262 of the cases are from the Far North, 176 are from the Saskatoon area, 112 from the North, 80 from the Regina area, 18 from the South, and 12 from the Central region.

Thirteen deaths have been reported to date.
 
A total of 53,853 COVID-19 tests have been performed in the province.
