The answers you seek: city provides new online resource

The City of Moose Jaw now provides answers to the most common inquiries

Have a problem but don't know what city department to turn to? The City of Moose Jaw has created a new Frequently Asked Questions list to provide citizens with the answers they need.

“As part of our ongoing efforts to increase customer service and timely replies to requests for information we have added a Frequently Asked Questions page” explained City Manager Jim Puffalt in a press release, adding “it’s an efficient way to provide basic information regarding our programs and services and help customers determine which program their inquiry may fit within.”

The Frequently Asked Questions page can is found on the city's website under the "quick links" section.

The document deals with a wide range of topics, including garbage and recycling, snow removal, how to address city council, water and sewer issues, how to report a pothole, among others.

Of course, you can still direct questions and comments to city hall by phoning 306-694-4400 or emailing contact@moosejaw.ca.
