Telemiracle 43 will take place this weekend, March 2 and 3 in Saskatoon. To date, the annual telethon has raised over $129 million. Last year's final total was an incredible $7.15 million, shattering the previous record of $5.9 million.

All funds raised by the event benefit the Kinsmen Telemiracle Foundation, which provides the people of Saskatchewan with specialized equipment and access to medical assistance.

This year’s cast includes familiar faces like Beverley Mahood, Andrea Menard, Brad Johner and the Johner Boys, and Jeffery Straker. Legendary children’s entertainer Fred Penner will also be appearing.

Of course, Telemiracle is also known for featuring Saskatchewan talent. This year, approximately 70 performers will hit the stage, including Caylee Storozuk and Grace King of Moose Jaw.

The countdown show will start at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 2. Visit Telemiracle’s YouTube page to tune in.

Telemiracle itself will begin at 9 p.m. and will run until 5 p.m. on Sunday. It will be broadcasted live on CTV.
